Fr. Robert Barron’s highly acclaimed 10-part multimedia series on the Catholic faith will be shown at St. Peter’s in the Loop Church, 110 W. Madison Street in Chicago.  In “Catholicism,” Fr. Barron takes viewers to over 50 locations in 15 countries to explain the history and explore the richness of our Catholic legacy.  From the inspirational shrines and artistic treasures of Europe to the emerging faith growing in Africa and India, viewers will be able to learn about the cultural depth of the world’s largest religion along with the spiritual basis that continues to attract new followers every day.

The “Catholicism” series will be shown on Wednesdays:  February 1, 8, 15, 29, March  7, 14, 28, and April 4, 11, and 18, 2012.   All programs will begin at 5:30 p.m with a discussion immediately following the show.  You may watch one or all of the presentations (50-60 minutes each).  This series is free, and everyone is encouraged to attend and learn more about our beautiful Catholic Church!  If you have any questions or require additional information, please telephone Carolyn at St. Peter’s at (312) 853-2376.
